Questions parents ask
Frequently asked questions.
Is this only for students who struggle with English?
No. The course is designed for middle-school writers who need clearer writing steps, including advanced students who get stuck when assignments feel too large or too rule-heavy. Content challenge and instructional support are separate settings.
Is this appropriate for advanced English students?
Yes, by design. The depth of ideas is separated from the amount of instructional support, so a student can explore a nuanced claim and still get help breaking down the task. Grade-specific text complexity and assessment variants remain subject to educator review.
Does every session have to take 30 minutes?
No. Thirty minutes is a suggested routine, not a countdown or required pace. The course is intended to allow pauses and shorter sessions without overdue-work messages. A larger piece develops across several sessions.
Will the AI write the essay?
No. The planned feedback system checks the current task and suggests one next action. It is not designed to produce a finished assignment for a student to submit. The student remains the writer.
Does this treat writing anxiety?
No treatment claim is made. The product is planned as writing instruction. Persistent distress that interferes with school participation deserves support from the child's teacher and appropriate school or healthcare professionals.
Will this guarantee better grades?
No. The aim is clearer instruction and focused practice. Classroom grades depend on the teacher's assignment and many other factors. No grade or anxiety outcome is guaranteed.
What will I see as a parent?
The planned parent overview shows topics practiced, skill evidence linked to real writing, saved work, and suggested next steps — with participation, skill evidence, and support context kept separate. All examples on this site are fictional.
Can my child use a school assignment?
For the first planned release, students would use reviewed course prompts. A school-assignment coaching feature is a future idea and would only be offered after its privacy, prompt-confirmation, source-handling, and grading limits are implemented.
What about students under 13?
The plan is that a parent creates the account and completes a consent process before any eligible student features are enabled. Those processes are not yet implemented or reviewed, so accounts do not exist in this preview.
Can I buy the course now?
No. This site is a concept preview, not a checkout page. Pricing and launch availability are not yet approved. No accounts, payments, or child writing are collected here.
